The Kechie RMA application manages customer returns through credit, replacement, and cross shipment, all in one, integrated ERP solution.
Kechie provides tracking of the returns easily and automatically. From conveying RMA numbers per customer, receiving the returned materials, and warranty profile management, Kechie makes sure to cover all of the bases in the RMA process.
Unlike most RMA applications that have to be built into the software, Kechie offered four methods of returns out-of-the-box: Cross Shipment, Replacement, Credit, or Refund. Any of these processes are automated, meaning once the item is received, Kechie handles the next steps automatically in the background. The credits are issued in AR, replacements are ready to be shipped, and refunds are available in AR to be processed and sent to the customer.
